Everything about our experience with Matt and his team was outstanding. It was a big job- living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, halls and stairwell. There was a great deal of trim work and vaulted ceilings. The kitchen cabinets were sanded and refinished. They took great care with the detail work. Partway through the job I had some questions; Matt immediately responded and resolved my concerns. I highly recommend M&C Painting!

M&C - Matt and his crew were great. They are such team players. Matt stopped by everyday of the 4 day transformation. We had the entire 1st floor painted and included the upper kitchen cabinets. I needed to have a three-bedroom home painted, and after requesting three separate quotes, Matt provided a very competitive proposal. He wasnt the lowest, his estimate was actually a couple of thousand dollars more than the least expensive option, but he was clearly knowledgeable and inspired confidence, which ultimately led us to hire him.
One of the main reasons we chose Matt was his reliability. He was the only painter who arrived on time to provide the quote, and because we were working under a tight deadline, it was important for us to hire someone who could keep their word about the start and completion dates. We purchased our own paint based on his guidance and recommendations, and his team began work just a few days later. The results were turning out so beautifully that we decided to expand the scope of work.
Towards the end of the project, there was a bit of confusion regarding pricing for the additional work, but Matt honored the original amounts he had quoted. We really appreciated that transparency.
The job was completed ahead of schedule, and the transformation of the home was remarkable. We would definitely consider hiring Matt and his team again for future painting needs.

I cant say enough good things about M&C Painting. They are fabulous. My house was built in 1864 and is 3 stories high with 43 ornate windows, and it needed a lot of work. Matt the owner was honest and transparent about both product and pricing. At one decision point, he actually steered me away from spending money.
Silvio, Raphael and Victor spent almost 2 weeks at my house, and they completely transformed it. They worked from 7 am to 7 pm. They were meticulous at all stages of prepping, priming and painting. Each day they left my house and yard cleaner than it had been when they arrived in the morning. They are skilled craftsmen who take pride in their work. They answered all of my questions patiently and apologized when I got in their way. Its been 2 weeks since they finished the job and I still cant believe it.

Matt Adams and his team did a wonderful job painting our house. They pressure washed, prepped, repaired a bunch of rotted trim, removed the shutters (painted and hung them back up) and painted the entire house with two coats. After completion, he spent time with my wife and I walking around the house and made sure that every detail was completed to our satisfaction and were extremely delighted with the work done. We had M&C paint our entire cedar shingled 1928 house, cedar fence and garage, along with needed repairs to each of those.
The crew worked quickly and efficiently and were quite respectful of the property, and our neighbors. The crew always showed on on time and responded to our questions. We had done competitive bids for the work and M&C met or beat the others.

Where to even begin. Matt is the best guy to go to for painting. We interviewed and got quotes from maybe 5 different painters and Matt was by far the most professional and thorough. He came over multiple times to check out the house, make measurements. Our house also required some carpentry and he had his guys come out and get that work done for us. All excellent. Very communicative. You know that annoying thing where contractors don't get back to you or mix up what they told you? Yeah that never happens with these guys. Go with them you won't regret it.

Its been two years since we have had our house painted and its still the best thing we have done to our home. The old paint was in rough shape and it now looks like a completely different place. The entire team was so helpful and respectful and so knowledgeable. M&C painted our house this past June. I got in touch with Matt at the beginning of the month, and by the end of the month the house had been scraped, broken shingles and sills repaired, and painted good as new! Matt made the process incredibly easy - he was very communicative over text, considerate of letting us know when work was starting and ending - and the team was immaculate! We contracted with Matt to paint the exterior of our 1890 Victorian home which had not been painted in 19 yrs. This involved extensive prep work resulting in a beautiful finished product . He was available to answer questions which were many. The painting crew was prompt and completed interior work as well which involved repairing cracks and caulking as needed. Overall experience was very positive and I highly recommend him!

Matt's team did a phenomenal job upgrading the exterior of our home. His team powerwashed, scraped, & painted the exterior of our home - including our wraparound porch. Additionally, they spot primed & did several carpentry repairs around the house that they uncovered. Matt was incredibly professional, responsive, and provided us with updates throughout the project. Additionally, his team was incredibly thorough, both with the prep & their attention to detail during the project, and with clean-up. Matt was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with him again in the future!

M&C Painting repainted our whole two-floor 1300 sq ft condo. It was a great experience from the start. Very responsive, Matt came the same day I called to check out the job. He followed up with an estimate a couple days later. They were able to schedule us quickly during a convenient week for our schedule. The overall job took a couple days less than expected. The workers showed great attention to detail and care for our condo. Would hire again, much better experience than the other companies we were interacting with.

He even brought the paint reps to the house to aid in color selection to ensure we selected the right colors.
