Here we will try and answer some of your common painting questions.
If you have a question that we haven't answered here please contact us and we will be more than happy to answer it for you.
Chalking occurs as paint begins to break down due to the chemical binders releasing their pigments.
It is especially common in drier climates and can be identified by the fine powder residue that begins to build up on walls.
You can test for chalking by brushing your fingers across the paint and seeing if it leaves a residue on your fingers.
